These Terms of Service govern your use of toxicologytoday.com, registration for Toxicology Today events, abstract and speaker submissions, attendee resources, and related online services. By using the website, submitting a form, registering for an event, or accessing event materials, you agree to these Terms.

Event Registration

Toxicology Today 2026 is an online event scheduled for October 7-9, 2026. Registration categories and prices are displayed on the registration page. Students, Academia, and Startups may register for free where indicated. Industry registration may require payment through Stripe or another approved payment processor.

You agree to provide accurate registration information and to use an email address where you can receive event access details. Registrations may be reviewed, corrected, cancelled, or declined if information appears inaccurate, abusive, fraudulent, or inconsistent with the stated registration category.

Payments and Refunds

Paid registrations are processed by third-party payment providers such as Stripe. Payment is required for paid categories unless Toxicology Today confirms otherwise in writing. Payment provider terms and privacy practices apply to payment processing.

Refund requests may be sent to hello@toxicologytoday.com. Unless a separate written refund policy is provided for a specific ticket or promotion, refund requests are reviewed case by case. Payment processing fees, if any, may be non-refundable.

Program Changes

Event dates, speakers, sessions, topics, formats, sponsors, access methods, and other program details may change. Toxicology Today may modify, postpone, reschedule, or cancel parts of an event when reasonably necessary. If an event is materially changed, we will make reasonable efforts to notify registered attendees using the email address provided at registration.

Abstracts and Speaker Submissions

By submitting an abstract, proposal, biography, presentation title, co-author information, or related materials, you confirm that the information is accurate, that you have the right to submit it, and that it does not violate confidentiality obligations or third-party rights. Toxicology Today may review, edit for formatting, accept, reject, schedule, or decline submissions at its discretion.

Selected presenters remain responsible for the accuracy of their statements, claims, citations, and permissions. Presenter recording consent and related permissions are governed by the consent language accepted during abstract submission or speaker coordination.

Attendee Conduct

Attendees, speakers, sponsors, and guests must participate professionally and respectfully. Harassment, abusive conduct, disruptive behavior, unauthorized recording, credential sharing, spam, impersonation, or attempts to interfere with event systems may result in removal from the event, cancellation of access, or refusal of future registration.

Event Materials and Intellectual Property

Website content, event branding, conference materials, recordings, session titles, and related materials are owned by Toxicology Today or the applicable speakers, sponsors, licensors, or contributors. Unless expressly permitted, you may not copy, redistribute, sell, publish, record, or create derivative works from event materials.

Toxicology Today grants registered attendees a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to access event materials for personal educational and professional use, subject to these Terms and any additional access instructions.

It is not medical, legal, regulatory, safety, toxicological, scientific, or business advice for any specific circumstance. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Toxicology Today disclaims warranties of any kind and is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the website, event, or materials.
